모집안내:
· 직책 : Forwarding Operation Agent
· 근무지역 : Carson, CA
· 근무시간 : 40hour / a week
· 급여 : $12~13 / per an hour (주40시간, 초과근무 시 시간당 1.5배)
· 직무내용 :
– Responsible for Hanway (Hanjin payment system) payment consultation registration and follow up
– Manage and follow up with Domestic/International agents to maintain accurate status
– Provide customer service arranging delivery and updating information on system
– Review and audit vendor’s invoices to ensure correct rates applied
– Contact customer to receive feedbacks and satisfactory survey
– Track, traces and updates shipments data and irregular shipments through tracing system effectively
– Additional job tasks assigned by manag
