[업무내용]

Demand Planning (forecast&replenishment)
-Manage the actual sales and actual receipts for every week/SKUs/channel and apply the bottom up sales forecast from sales team to determine the number of demand volume.
-Share weekly/monthly level of forecasting with suppliers to determine the replenishment plan
-Create PO for purchasing beer timely and sharing to suppliers(overseas breweries)
-Lead a demand review meeting with stakeholders, sales, trade marketing and marketing

Customs clearance
-Sharing shipping document to 3PL agency for customs clearance.
-Managing the declares for royalties for each brand

S&OP
-Managing S&OP alignment meeting for demand planning with suppliers

Inventory management
-Monthly stock counting at the warehouse.
-Track a shipment / transporting schedule and clearance schedule
-Share the inventory level with stakeholders and suggesting action to prepare out of stock / over stock
-Disposal beer (Tax refund / non tax refund)
-Disposal POSM / packaging material to optimize warehouse space.

Project
-NPI (new product introduction) – Provide appropriate information related to logistics/demand planning when it comes to launch a new product / line extension.
-Internal project (POSM management improvement)
-Support audit (external / internal)

Following up regulation
-Follow up the updated regulation of KFDA, Korean customs , Korean environment council, etc.

Document handling
-Intercompany payment for beer purchasing
-Customs tax payment
-Agency service fare payment (customs advisory broker, 3PL service provider)

[지원자격]

-1~2+ years working experience in inventory management and demand planning preferable in FMCG companies.
-Preferably Bachelor degree in business administrative, trade, or related fields
-SAP using experience preferable.
-A good verbal and written communication and managerial & interpersonal skills
-Ability to lead cross-functionally.
-Preferably have clear understanding of supply chain dynamics and capability in the areas of logistics management; system, operation, processes, and managing 3PL service provider.
-Commitment to self-development.
-Excellent use of MS Word, Excel and Power point and also experience in working with SAP will be an advantage.

Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor of 4 years of University.

Strong spoken and written Korean an English ability essential

[업무내용]

New Business (신규 거래처 발굴 및 제품 입점)
– Capitalises on relationship with existing customers to obtain and
collect competitor strategy and sales data (promotions, volume, price)

[업무내용]

Order to Cash(주문처리)
-Taking orders (Beer, POSM) from customers, sales team and internal employee through call, mobile message and e-mail for Seoul and metropolitan cities.
-Processing orders by uploading & inputting through SAP
-Invoice/order correction and monthly closing work for Wholesalers by week/month co-working with an O2C specialist in Finance dept.
-Re-invoicing for customers
-Urgent delivery handling
-It includes processing and management of SPT(sample beer) and return orders on a daily basis

Document handling(문서처리)
-Settlement for a monthly payment (packaging material, parcel delivery, quick service, 주류수입협회 etc)

Back up
-Back up delivery and inventory management part

[지원자격]

-1~2+ years working experience in commercial administrative service preferable in FMCG companies.
-SAP using experience preferable.
-A good verbal and written communication and managerial & interpersonal skills
-Preferably have clear understanding of customer service dynamics and capability in the areas of CS management; system, operation, processes, customer/consumer segmentation.
-High integrity, positive confident and customer-oriented attitude.
-Commitment to self-development.
