직무: Search Operation Specialist – Korea
[업무내용]
Responsibilities
1. DCG Assessment: Completion of weekly and bimonthly assessment of search quality in accordance with evaluation standard documents
2. Judging user search needs through query and tools, and sorting out the classification of requirements
3. Comb the types of search bad cases and rate the quality of the results
4. Give ideal search results and feedback suggestions for policy improvement
Note: The output evaluation report will serve as an important basis for search strategy optimization and product function planning.

Qualifications
1. Native or close to Native level, English can be working language, graduating from college
2. Learn about search engines, familiar with Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook;
3. An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users
4. Strong ability to learn and understand
5. Familiar with common office software, Machine learning project experience is preferred

[업무내용]
Responsibilities
1. Review content on short-video platforms, select the most suitable labels for the content according to the policies in order to optimize the models;
2. Interpret and apply complex policies and guidelines to content by understanding the review policies and guidelines;
3. Identify improvement opportunities in workflow by using daily data analysis and suggest solutions;
4. Attention to details and provide timely feedback to team leaders.
5. Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news.

Qualifications
1. Fast-learning ability;
2. Familiarity with internet laws and regulations, in particular reviewing online content;
3. Ability to speak, read and write JP/KR fluently, English language ability is preferred;
4. Passionate about Internet entertainment/media space, mobile web video/content, and pop culture.
5. Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling will be an added advantage.
