[업무내용]

-Support/monitor legacy systems/applications (ERP, POS, and other applications- Especially Interface among systems)
-Deliver/manage reports on Microsoft Power BI
-Issue/problem management with local IT and global IT (JIRA, Confluence)
-Act as a main contact point of office helpdesk and monitor ticketing system
-Participate into a given project to support to meet with deadlines and be able work independently
-Deliver proper training to business users regularly

[지원자격]

• -Bachelors’ degree in Computer science is preferred
  -At least 3 years of IT Operation experiences at multinational company
  -Strong knowledge in SQL, VBA, Microsoft Office 365 including Power Query
  -Intermediate English skills
  -Good analytical and communication abilities
  -Customer oriented and teamwork skills
  -General IT software/hardware knowledge
