[업무내용]

You will:

– Create product configurations and estimates
– Prepare product configurations and quotations
– Technical inquiries on products and services, Prepare configuration drawings for proposed configurations. Calculate power specifications, sizing and weight of the proposed configuration.
– Request exception approvals for product support and escalate issues and improvement suggestions to the aligned Presales
– Provide technical assessment based on workload data of customer environment
– Support remote acquisition of system configuration and workload data from customer environment

[지원자격]

[필수 지원요건]
– A degree in computer science or related to IT
– General Knowledge on IT Infrastructure, Understanding on Interoperability & compatibility of hardware and interfaces
– Good Documentation and Presentation skill with MS PowerPoint
– English communication skill, above intermediate level as this is a global organization, you should be able to communicate with overseas staff (email, chat, Conference call).
– Proactive Team Project experience in University

[우대사항]
– Experience in IT infrastructure technology (1 year or more) as System Engineer.
– Certificate of IT industry
